Frequently Asked Questions

Below you'll find answers to the questions we get asked the most

Below are many of the frequently asked questions we get from parents, caregivers and attendees about our Colour Frenzy events. If you have additional questions you’d like to ask, please feel free to email us on our contact page.

Where do I get the most up to date information about the event, race pack collection and tickets?
Is this a Covid safe event?
  • Colour Frenzy events are designed to meet and exceed all Covid safety requirements.
  • All state requirements are different; we will always make sure our attendees are safe and have everything needed to enjoy our events in the Covid Safe way.
  • Social Distancing measures will be in place at the event, and we thank you for adhering to them.
  • In the situation of an event being postponed due to a localised outbreak, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date; if you are not able to attend the new event date, your ticket will be transferred to another event.
Can children attend by themselves or run in the event without an adult?
  • No, sorry, an adult must attend with any children entrants.
  • We do not allow adults to only be spectators due to the size of the tracks. If you have a child entering the event, they must be with a paying adult to look after them.
What do we have to do when we arrive?
  • If you have collected your race packs and merchandise or had them posted out to you before the event, then all you need to do is arrive on Sunday, show your wristband for entry, find your mates and get ready for our games and giveaways to start.
  • You can also grab a coffee or a bite to eat from our small marketplace area at the start/finish zone.
What if we are unable to get our Race Pack on Saturday or postage is unavailable?
  • You can get a friend to collect it for you. All they need is your ticket with the barcode to scan.
  • We have a very limited amount of Race Pack collections available on Sunday before the event starts between 8:30am and 8:45am (must be pre-arranged).
  • To collect Sunday morning, you will need to register your collection by emailing our admin team your Ticketebo order number to tickets@colourfrenzy.com.au
  • This is normally for people travelling to the event. We suggest that you try as much as you can to get yours on Saturday to enable you to start on time and join the colourful fun.
Do I need a Race pack, and What is included in the Race Packs?
  • Your race pack will include your wrist band for entry, sunglasses and one pouch of coloured powder. On the day of the event, you will also get a finisher medal!!!
  • If you have ordered extras online (E.g., Tutu, Cap, Shirt or Colour Pouches), your race pack will include your extras.
  • You can also purchase these extras at our race pack collection point on the Saturday before the event or at the event on Sunday.
Are shirts included in the Race Packs?
  • We want to keep the cost of tickets down and make this event highly affordable for both families and individual participants. For this reason, we have made our shirts optional. This offers you the option of participating in a white shirt of your choosing or joining in the fun and getting your own Colour Frenzy shirt.
What sizes are the Shirts?
  • Our shirt sizes range from Size 0 for children, right up to 5XL in adult sizes.
  • Please endeavour to check your sizing before purchase, as we cannot guarantee shirt swaps on the day of the event due to our stock size.
  • We also advise that you purchase your shirt, tutu, hat and extra colour when you purchase your ticket to guarantee stock/availability.

Can I bring a pram or a wheelchair?
  • Alcohol, this is an alcohol-free event.
  • Colour powder not made from Colour Frenzy. Due to a previous issue where a person had a staining problem due to non-colour frenzy powder (many sub-quality products are made with just powder and food dye which will stain), we do not allow colour powder other than colour frenzy products that are made not to stain.
  • Glass – this includes glasses, bottles, jars, or any other containers or items made of glass.
  • Bikes, scooters or any wheeled type vehicle/accessory that is not controlled by an adult.
  • We aim to keep our tracks suitable for all ages and also prams/wheelchairs.
  • While it is not always possible to keep the whole track on pathways, we aim to keep the grass areas to a minimum.
  • Placing a garbage bag over the pram or wheelchair is also a great way to fast-track your clean up after the event.
